💫 ABH Offerings & Fees

🌿 Mind Clarity Annual Membership
Includes:
- Unlimited 30-minute personal sessions throughout the year!
- A mindfulness; awareness-based or self hypnosis task between each session and a range of other beneficial tasks to be defined together.
- Year-round access to personal guidance and support
- Online via Zoom (and occasionally in person where possible)
Fee: €1,200 per year (20% VAT included)
Payment: Paid in full at the start of your membership year
A full year of personal guidance designed to help you calm your mind, release anxiety, fear, worry and overthinking and reconnect with your natural peaceful Presence Awareness, your True Nature.
You can book sessions whenever you need them, keeping your progress consistent and supported throughout the year.

✨ Single Session Option
Includes:
- One 60–75 minute session
- Online via Zoom, or occasionally in person where possible
Fee: €96 (80 euros plus 20% VAT)
Any further sessions: €78 each (65 euros plus 20% VAT)
