🌿 ABH Sessions & Offerings
A deeper, more spacious way of working.
Many people come to this work because something doesn’t feel right — even if life looks “fine” on the outside.
You may be experiencing:
- Overthinking that never seems to switch off
- Anxiety, worry, or underlying fear
- Social discomfort or self-consciousness
- Feeling stuck in repetitive emotional patterns
- A sense of disconnection or lack of meaning
- Difficulty relaxing or being present
- The feeling of being “controlled” by your own mind
Or simply a quiet intuition that:
there is more to who you are than the constant stream of thought
This work is about addressing these experiences at their root — not just managing them, but understanding and moving beyond them.

✨ Resting as Still Awareness Session (4 Hours)
A guided, immersive session designed to help you step out of mental noise and reconnect with a deeper sense of clarity and inner stability.
This extended format allows the time and space needed for real transformation — without rush or pressure.
What this session helps you do:
- Quiet the overactive thinking mind
- Reduce anxiety, stress, and inner tension
- Gain clarity on the root of recurring patterns or struggles
- Shift your relationship with thoughts, emotions, and fears
- Experience a deeper sense of calm and presence
- Begin recognising awareness itself as your natural state
- Feel more grounded, steady, and internally resourced
Rather than trying to “fix” each problem individually, the session works at a deeper level — where many of these difficulties originate.
What this includes:
- A grounded onboarding conversation to clarify your intention
- Guided relaxation and soft self-hypnosis to quiet the critical mind
- Space to explore deeper patterns, memories, or root causes
- Gentle guidance to release or reframe limiting subconscious patterns
- Introduction to mindfulness and self-hypnosis practices (where appropriate)
- Nondual pointing — recognising awareness as your true nature
- Learning to observe the mind, rather than be controlled by it
This is a safe, spacious container where insight arises naturally.
You are not being “worked on” — you are being guided to see clearly for yourself.
The Approach
This session is based on my Resting as Still Awareness method.
It combines:
- deep relaxation
- subconscious exploration
- present-moment awareness
- and nondual guidance
The emphasis is on allowing you to access your own inner knowing, rather than relying on external answers.
Duration: 4 hours
Fee: €336 (including 20% VAT)

🌿 Follow-Up Integration Sessions
After a deep 4-hour session, many clients choose to continue with lighter sessions to stabilise and integrate the changes.
These sessions support you in:
- maintaining clarity in everyday life
- continuing to reduce overthinking and reactivity
- deepening your sense of presence and awareness
- navigating challenges with more ease and perspective
Duration: 60–75 minutes
Fee: €78 (including 20% VAT)
